1. Content of the online platform

All the contents of our online platform were prepared with due diligence. However, we cannot guarantee the currentness, completeness and correctness of all pages. IMS Gear can also not accept any guarantees for the unlimited availability of the provided information on its website at all times, nor for the absence of other technical faults. Claims relating to material or immaterial damages resulting from the use or non-use of the provided information or the use of erroneous and incomplete information, are excluded as a matter of principle, unless due to intentional or gross negligence by IMS gear.
IMS Gear reserves the express right to change, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire offering without separate announcement, or to discontinue publication temporarily or completely.

This website includes appropriately marked information to links or websites of third parties. The responsibility of these third-party contents is the sole responsibility of the provider of these contents. IMS Gear only mediates access to use these contents.
According to §§ 8 to 10 of the Telecommuncations Act, IMS Gear is obliged to monitor the transmitted or stored third-party contents. During initial linking to another Internet platform its contents were checked with regard to causing possible responsibility in terms of civil or criminal law. However, there is no influence on the current and future design, the contents or copyrights of linked pages. IMS Gear therefore expressly dissociate themselves from all contents of all linked pages which were changed after linking.

5. Notice on gender equality

To provide easier readability of our texts we have and will use either the male or female gender for person-related words. Appropriate wordings shall in principle apply to the equal treatment of both genders. This in no way implies a discrimination of the other gender. The shortened wording is for editorial reasons only and dos not imply a rating. Males and females should be equally attracted by the contents on our website.
